We want you to love every purchase from Mamma's Maternity. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent and category-specific — because different products have different hygiene and safety requirements.

General Conditions

✓Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached

✓Items must be in original packaging where applicable

✓Return/exchange requests must be raised within the stipulated days from the date of delivery

✓Requests can be raised via My Account on our website or by WhatsApp at +91 8080868683

✓Refunds for approved returns are processed as store credit (with 5% bonus) or bank transfer within 5-7 business days

✓Items purchased during sale or with a coupon code may have modified return terms as specified at the time of purchase

Our policy differs by product category. Please check the policy for the category of your purchase below.

• Clothing items (Kurties, Dresses, Bottoms, Nighty): 7-day return and exchange accepted
• Feeding Bra: 7-day replacement accepted only
• Belly Support Panties: No returns or exchanges (intimate wear)
• Maternity Lingerie: 7-day replacement accepted only

How to Raise a Return Request

Go to mammasmaternity.in and log in to My Account

Find your order

Go to My Orders and select the order you want to return

Submit your request

Click Return / Exchange / Replacement, select the items and reason, and upload photos if required

Wait for approval

Our team reviews your request within 24-48 hours and WhatsApps you with the decision

Pickup scheduled

If approved, our courier partner will contact you to schedule a pickup at your convenience

Refund processed

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 2-3 business days
