Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹79 applies.

• Mumbai and surrounding areas: 2-3 business days - Major metros (Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3-4 business days - Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4-6 business days - Remote and rural areas: 5-8 business days Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day.

• Orders are confirmed immediately after successful payment - Processing time is 1 business day before dispatch - You will receive a confirmation email with your order details - A tracking SMS is sent to your registered mobile number once dispatched

Once your order is dispatched: - You will receive an SMS with your AWB (tracking) number - Log in to your account at mammasmaternity.in and go to My Orders to track your shipment - You can also track directly on the courier partner website using your AWB number We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart and DTDC through Shiprocket.

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes. A COD handling fee of ₹50 may apply. COD orders are subject to verification and we reserve the right to decline COD orders at our discretion. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing: - Take photos or video of the damaged package immediately upon receipt - Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 8080868683 or email at sales@mammasmaternity.in - We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund promptly We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or for packages that show no signs of tampering.
